KUNDA-BOP
Fridays 9.30-10.30am, £6. Drop-in welcome Venue: Needham Village Hall A fun fusion of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga techniques, practiced to music, is designed to increase your energy by using repetitive movements called 'Kriya'. We start with a gentle warm-up, working our way up to the fun and energetic 'Mul Mudra', then slowing down towards a well deserved relaxation. You'll head into your weekend with a bounce and a smile! All abilities welcome, there are many variations to the practices. |

SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Fridays 10.45am-12pm £7. Drop-in welcome Venue: Needham Village Hall Amazing meditative somatic movements pay close attention to sensations and feelings in our bodies. Moving slowly, gently and mindfully this way helps relieve deep habitual tension patterns, especially in the back and neck. Breathing and posture becomes free, and you learn practical ways to bring this awareness into your every day life. |

SATURDAY 15 November Venue: Needham Village Hall 11.15am - 1pm, £10. Booking Essential. Come to Flow Yoga & Workshop for £14 An interesting workshop to explore healthier breathing techniques - we look at some related anatomy, find out what jelly fish and breathing have in common, why shutting your mouth is something rather special and discovering what a deep breath really is. Better breathing is potentially life enhancing! |

LAUGH OUT LOUD
SATURDAY 13 DECEMBER Venue: Needham Village Hall 11.15am-12.15pm, £5. Booking essential. Come to Flow Yoga & Laughter for £10 It can be quite stressful in the build-up to Christmas... so come along to relieve some tension with 'Laughter Yoga'. We start with a bit of an introduction to the psychology of laughter, do some fun exercises to get ourselves smiling, giggling, laughing and possibly even guffawing... ending in a lovely relaxation. The effects last a very long time! |

Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30am
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm Cost: Free Venue: In your own home! We love the way practicing yoga and meditation make us feel, yet many of us find it hard to practice at home. Our group meet up online on wats-app video, have our microphones off and do our 'own thing' - meditate, do a video, sun salutes - whatever we need. You can stay online as long as you like - most of are on 30-45mins. Meeting up like this helps us all to commit, instead of getting busy and distracted by life! You don't need to commit to every session. The hardest part is getting on your mat... once there, even if you just breathe and move or bounce, you'll feel the benefit and be very very glad you did it! |
