KUNDA-BOP
Fridays 9.30-10.30am, £6. NO CLASS: 3 April A fun fusion of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga techniques, practiced to music, is designed to increase your energy by using repetitive movements called 'Kriya'. We start with a gentle warm-up, working our way up to the fun and energetic 'Mul Mudra', then slowing down towards a well deserved relaxation. You'll head into your weekend with a bounce and a smile! All abilities welcome, there are many variations to the practices. |

SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Fridays 10.45am-12pm £7 Also Live Online (see below) NO CLASS: 3 April Amazing meditative somatic movements pay close attention to sensations and feelings in our bodies. Moving slowly, gently and mindfully this way helps relieve deep habitual tension patterns. Breathing and posture becomes free, and you learn practical ways to bring this awareness into your every day life. |

FACE YOGA.
SATURDAY 14 March 11.45am-12.45pm, £7. Booking essential. Our faces can tell many a story, and it's surprising how tension held in our face and neck muscles can affect the rest of our body. This is a fun session where we exercise our face muscles and learn some self massage and acupressure points to help relieve tension. Please do not wear any makeup. Bring a hair band. I will supply a natural face butter (Shea, Jojoba, Rosehip and Neroli), or bring along your favourite face cream. |

Turn your world upside down.
SATURDAY 25 April 11.15am - 12.45pm, £7. Booking essential. Find out why turning upside down is good for you... In this fun workshop we practice variations of the king and queen of postures - Shoulderstand and Headstand. Breaking each posture down from basic to more advanced, using props where necessary, you will get the confidence to find which version works for you. Be sure not to eat anything at least 2 hours prior to the workshop! |

SLOW ASHTANGA FLOW
Saturdays 10-11.30am £5 .................. Live Online is via Wats App. No commitment - join as and when you can. How to join: Become a part of the group by scanning the QR code, or send me a message. The day before I'll send a poll on the group to ask if you're joining, and request payment via BACS. On the day, I call the group 10mins before the class starts. Please have your speaker on mute to avoid interference. As I will be teaching a live class, I walk around the room so there may be some instances when you can't see me. I will not be able to 'keep an eye on you', so these classes are not suitable for beginners. I trust that you have some experience in practicing yoga. |
