at Kentwell Hall
Resuming when the weather and C-19 restrictions allow in Spring 2021
There is a dedicated Wats App group so you'll be first to know as and when the classes are on.
These classes are by donation - pay what you can with cash on the day or go here.
Please keep a 'social' distance of 2m from others, and do not come if you feel unwell.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!
DIRECTIONS:
Drive all the way up the Lime Tree Avenue to the main entrance and park in the spaces under the trees. Please be aware that it's about a 10min walk from the main entrance to the gardens, so allow yourself plenty of time for this (a little bit more if you want to dawdle and enjoy the scenery). There will be no signage, so please follow these directions: Walk up the main drive towards the house. DO NOT CROSS THE MOAT, but turn LEFT towards the Dovecote. Turn right at the Dovecote, past the gorilla and through the trees. Follow the path, past the house, straight over the crossing (there will be a bridge to the right). Just past the crossing, turn right at the fernery, then through doorway into the Walled Garden. If you walk past the fishpond (mini-moat), turn back! Call me is you get lost - 07791385240 - but be aware that once the class starts I won't answer! |
Being outdoors, we will be sharing the gardens with various (mainly friendly) bugs and beasties,
bees and butterflies, flowers and pollen. We will try our best not to disturb them, and they generally don't disturb us. PLEASE BRING your own anti-allergy goodies if you need them. Also, it is with kind permission of Mr and Mrs Philips that we are invited to enjoy their private gardens out of hours, so please respect their privacy and only walk to where the class is, and not be tempted to explore further. |
