I imagine that, like me, most of you are experiencing a mix of fears, uncertainty and worry. It’s important to acknowledge and respect the root of these feelings, to meet them with as much mindfulness, gentleness and compassion as we can.
So breathe slowly, keep calm and I encourage you to take what you have gained from classes to practice at home. Sun Salutes, moving freely, relaxation, being aware how you are feeling, letting go physical tensions... (easier said, I know!)
