Rather, it's a beautiful every day, any moment practice of creating space between your thoughts, to embrace and accept life moment by moment with clarity and (hopefully) calm! I offer online and in-person small group meditations. |

Venue: The Space, Needham / Live Online Get in touch if you'd like to do this online, and I'll give you details. 6.30-7.15pm, £ By Donation BOOKING ESSENTIAL Tuesdays: - Chakra Series - 12, 26 May, 2 June, 23 June, 7, 21 July, 4, 18 August We will be exploring Chakra Meditations, starting on 28 April with an introduction chat to the Chakras, The Nadis and Kundalini Energy, followed by a guided meditation on the Chakras. For the following 8 weeks we will explore the chakras individually, from the root to the crown. Each Chakra has its own characteristics, seed mantra and mudra, which we will focus on in the meditations. The final meditation in the Chakra series will focus on all the chakras. The meditations will also be recorded for you to listen to any time. We will be seated, chairs are available, or bring firm cushions or bolsters. |

DEEP RELAXATION
and Restorative Sound A time for you to completely unwind. Venue: Needham Village Hall Fridays: 18 September. 23 October. 20 November. 6.15-7.30pm £13. BOOKING ESSENTIAL. Once you have comfortably settled in with a gentle guided relaxation, the sounds and vibrations of Singing Bowls, Tingsha Bells, Chakra Bells, Ocean Drum and other instruments interspersed with periods of silence and stillness, surround you, wash over you and sink into you. Some of the sounds may invoke memories, feelings and emotions. Some sounds may leave you at the ocean, others somewhere in a jungle. Some may sound intense and others blissful. Some people may even fall into a deep restful sleep. Everyone reacts to the sounds differently, but 99 percent of people love the journey, and feel the benefit of the vibrations and frequencies on different levels. It's a wonderful time to drift into a deep, healing state. No rush to leave afterwards, take your time before you head home. It's recommended you don't have anything busy planned after. BRING: lots of warm, cosy things: yoga mat / portable mattrass or similar, one blanket to lie on and one to cover yourself with, eye cushion / scarf if you prefer complete darkness, pillows, warm socks... you're even welcome to wear your PJ's! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITIONS, EPILEPSY, PTSD OR PREGNANCY. Please talk to me first if you have any concerns. .................................... YOU TIME One-to-One or Two Venue: The Space, Needham. Dates and times by arrangement. £30. A wonderful hour of experience, where it's only you, or you plus one other. Included in 'You Time' is an optional gentle head, face and shoulder massage, taking you even deeper into rest. Afterwards, take time to enjoy a herbal tea, slowly letting yourself come back into the now. The Relaxation itself is 60mins, but allow yourself 90 minutes. GIFT VOUCHERS AVAILABLE |
