Mallah Beads are a set of 108 strung beads 
used in Meditation, Mindfulness, Mantra, Prayer and Reflection.

When I travel to Africa, I buy glass, wood, terracotta, seed and stone beads from local artisans.
As travel to Mali is not possible, I buy the beads from Oumar, who is from Mali.

 I also hand-dye wooden beads using natural dyes:
Avocado (a pretty dusty pink), Pomegranate (very light yellow),
Wonjo (pinky-red), Alder (deep brown) and acorn in iron (brown).

The Mallah Beads are on cotton cord.
