All the ingredients are grown outdoors in the sunshine,
are chemical free and air dried.

Besides the organic French Lavender from Montguers,
and the Turkish Blends which I brought from Istanbul,
all are hand picked picked fresh in the summer of 2026 
in the BareFoot Kitchen and Flower Garden.

Although allergy free, they have been packed in a premises that uses nuts and sesame.
Packaged in clear cellophane bags, 8 x 12cm.

Sip. Smile. Repeat.

Use a suitable glass jug or mug (always lovely to see the colours best!),
add some of your ingredients... a pinch for a mug, more for a jug, depending how strong you like it.
Top up with hot water (not boiling), let it seep for 4+mins,
sip, smile and repeat.

You can always top up with more hot water, or let it cool and enjoy as a cold tea.
