Gentle / Chair Yoga
10-11am (£14 for block of 2) (£8 drop-in if space available)
Perfect if you have limited range of motion, pain or physical discomfort. We move gently through a series of movements, balancing and meditations to build confidence and calmness. You can use a chair or the floor, or a combination of both.
Somatic Yoga Class full: please be in touch for future openings, or to be on the drop-in list.
11.30am-12.30pm (£17 for block of 2) (£10 drop-in if space available)
This gentle class approaches yoga with slow, exploratory movements using gravity, breath awareness and softness in all the postures to create a complete sense of 'letting go'.
10-11am (£14 for block of 2) (£8 drop-in if space available)

ATTENDANCE DETAILS
In order to teach as safely as possible, there are some changes to the way that I run my classes.
This is new to all of us, so we will embrace the change and see how we get on. If anything is not clear, of if you have any questions, please contact me. Please complete the form below and bring to class when attending for the first time since 'UnLock'. If you are unable to download, please let me know and I'll bring one to class for you. STUDIO GUIDELINES: Please make sure you read and understand the Long Melford Studio Guidelines before you attend, to make sure you are comfortable with the new guidelines. These guidelines may be updated regularly, and it is your responsibility to read them often, especially before coming to class. PAYMENT DETAILS: As spaces in class are now limited, out of character for me, I need to be stricter than I was before regarding payment and committing to class! Drop-in is only an option if I have a space available, so booking is essential. To book, WatsApp or text me on 07791 385240. Your space will be guaranteed once paid in full. THURSDAY CLASSES: I will ask that you commit and pay upfront for a 4 week block. If you miss a class, this will be non-refundable. You can pay online via PayPal here, or contact me for BACS details. Please let me know once the payment has been made as I am not on my computer that much! If you prefer to pay cash, please bring the correct amount as I will no longer be able to offer change. |
