Guided meditations of varying lengths and various subjects for you to explore.

​PLEASE NOTE: 
At the end of the meditations, you will hear 3 soft bells without any talking.
This gives you the choice to stay in relaxation / meditation, or to slowly bring your awareness back to your body, 
smile and calmly carry on with your day.

Guided Relaxation 15min
Get comfortable lying down on your bed or on the floor, and enjoy!

Progressive Muscle Relaxation 26min
Get comfortable lying on your back on your bed or on the floor, and enjoy!

Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a great way to release excess physical tensions, and a good focus for the mind.
PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS IF you suffer from muscle spasms or cramps.

It's also suggested that once you have practiced PMR a few times,
​ to stop with the squeezing, and just practice releasing.

Singing Bowls 10min
Quite an ethereal sound to use in meditation or relaxation.
​There's no talking... just the bowls, ending with Koshi Bells.
​Pop your headphones on and enjoy!
(​About half way through, there's rain at the window, which just adds to the effect)

Connected to the Moment 30min
This guided meditation was recorded under trees with birdsong and the occasional distant boom
(just the pigeon scarers on the fields!)
​Be comfortable sitting or lying down, and enjoy!



INTERMITTENT BELLS 10min
Sometimes when meditating, our thoughts are all over the place. This clip sounds a bell intermittently as a gentle reminder to bring your thoughts gently back to your meditation focus. No talking in this one,

SEASONAL MEDITATIONS

Autumn Equinox 25min

Autumn is a beautiful time of year rich colour and bountiful harvests.
It is also rich in symbolism - a beautiful time for letting go,
for contemplation and introspection.
This guided meditation is best done seated with a candle,
as it incorporates candle gazing
(however, this is not essential, you may prefer to lie down!).

So get comfy and warm and enjoy.

Winter Solstice 18min

Winter is a beautiful time to go within, to copy nature as much as possible and be still, sleep lots,
​meditate with candles and enjoy stillness.
